Most of us at one time or another are depressed. We get a bad grade on an exam, break up with our steady date, lose a tight ball game, move to a different city.Naturally,we feel"down"for a while. But then we get back into the swing of things. There are new challenges to be met.We change our mood and we get going again. In such cases, depression is not much different from amid cold.We feel bad for a while.Eventually the feeling go away, possibly without our having done anything special to get rid of it. Server depression is a different matter.Among the signs of serious depression are sadness, feelings of hopelessness, loss of appetite, inability to sleep or,sometime, excessive, sleep),and loss of self-esteem.the most common sign of depression, however is loss of the ability to feel pleasure.Depressed people no longer enjoy the thing they used to enjoy.
